Nick Schilligo - Bio
Nick Schilligo was born and raised in a suburb just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. A trip abroad demonstrated to him the importance of organic and fair-trade food products and their affect on public health and the local economy. Currently living in Chicago, Nick works with several organizations to support fair trade farmers and their rights. He hopes that his articles on the Wellfed Network will help others understand the importance of shopping local and buying fair trade.
