Stephanie Clarke - Bio

I wouldn???t consider myself a foodie just yet, but I can???t promise anything. I love to eat, think, and write about food and nutrition. A NY/NJ native, I spent my college years in Rhode Island and then attended graduate school in Boston. In June 2006, I headed back to NYC as a registered dietitian with a Masters Degree in Nutrition Communication and opened a nutrition consulting and counseling practice. I???ve been a coffee drinker since my early college years, but really learned to appreciate a nice cuppa in graduate school while scouting out the best places to park for an all day study session. Now I find myself making excuses to do work in order to get to the next great Manhattan coffee or teahouse.

I attribute my love of food and drink to my parents, who always exposed me to new foods and never let me get away with passing up a chance to try something new. When I???m not working, eating, sipping, or writing, I love to do anything that involves the outdoors or being completely ridiculously silly with my friends.

Bubbles are a big part of my life. It is a 30 minute drive for me to the nearest bubble tea spot and I wouldn’t think twice about it. I always have to ask for extra bubbles because it is never enough. I look forward to trying your selection at Nice Cuppaand appreciate your review.

Where is your business located? My husband and I have been considering some nutrition counseling and don’t know where to start. We figured since you like coffee as much as we do, we might connect with you!
