Support Our Troops - Send Them Coffee
Boca Java, an online retailer of gourmet coffee and tea is currently running a campaign that offers customers the chance to show support of our troops in a unique way. Boca Java has been sending coffee abroad since October 2003 in support of the efforts of our troops. But in July 2005 the folks at Boca Java took things a step further by launching, with huge success, a program that allows customers to join in and support our troops with coffee called Send Coffee To Our Troops.
Boca Java has set a goal - between their company and the customers they want to donate 1 million cups of coffee to our troops abroad. This campaign is called Operation Two Million Cup. The great thing about the campaign is that Boca Java is willing to match every customer’s donation, so for every bag of coffee you donate they are willing to match your donation. Not to mention they are providing the coffee for donation at a discount. Each 8 oz bag of coffee you donate is just $4, so for less than $5 you provide about 60 cups of coffee.
