I am such a sucker for design. A cool box, a beautiful website, and especially the aesthetic of food. So, you can imagine my glee in finding
Teality. Their highly graphic website is packed with gorgeous product shots of their various teas, their simple round metal boxes that hold the tea, and of course the tea itself. I opened the first of the four teas I ordered this morning, revealing tight little balls of silvery grey tea leaves. This is Teality’s Dragon Pearl Jasmine ($9.25 for 1.5 oz), made from white tea buds harvested early in the year. The tea is then perfumed with jasmine blossoms for an utterly soothing aroma.
Other companies offer Dragon Pearl Jasmine as well, but often they have a different combination of teas and processes. Some use green tea, or multiple types of tea leaves, even if the Jasmine scent is similar.
One of my favorite things about Teality though has to be the clear directions printed on the sides of the package letting you know the best way to prepare the tea… some teas open up at cooler temperatures and need longer steeping times. The Dragon Pearl Jasmine needs water between 160-175F, and should steep for two minutes for the best flavor.

Then, it’s like drinking in a warm breeze… soothing and relaxing, with just a little nudge to energize you for your afternoon.
I was googling to know more about pearl jasmine and I found this site. I’m so into chinese tea recently and I just bought some pearl jasmine from www.teacuppa.com and hopefully it’s as good
