One of the newest tea trends is truffle tea. Food & Wine Magazine ranked truffle teas as #20 on their list of 100 Tastes to Try in 2007. Using the flavor combinations that you would normally find in a chocolate truffle from your favorite candy shop, tea makers are delivering tasty teas.
