I like their stuff because it isn't smoked during the drying process so it, in my opinion, has a smoother flavor without the ashy or hay-like aftertaste. I am also a huge fan of their organic cheesecake. That's right, cheesecake infused with yerba mate and it's all organic! Unfortunately they don't sell them on thier website so I have to get them when I go into the city. Well worth the drive. Aside from the great products they also seem to be a pretty concious company which makes me feel much better about myself as I stuff my face full of cheesecake. I prefer Mendo Maté
