					<description>Oh God. One of the longest holiday seasons ever was the one I spent in Seattle at the the Starbucks call center. People were seriously unhinged about the Christmas blend being different from the one done the year before. I had people sobbing in the phone, screaming at me how Starbucks had positively ruined their holiday get-togethers by doing something different. On the other hand, they were a nice contrast to all the people calling on Christmas eve, irate that they couldn't get fifty gift cards five minutes before the store closed.</description>
