Hi Stephanie,
These bags are nylon/cotton mesh bags aka pillows aka sachets and Mighty Leaf carries many in this format :)

They allow the leaf to infuse better than traditional bags. I bring in 100% biodegradeable bags that you can fill yourself with whatever tea you want to my office and they are a big hit. Its much quicker than a tea ball and produces the same full flavour.

I was also wondering what type of tea bag these herbal teas are in. It definently does not look like the usual tea bag you see everywhere else. Of course this tea is not the usual tea you get at the supermarket. I am highly impressed on the fact that it is Egyptian chamomile. I've tried plenty of chamomile teas in my life but I doubt any were egyptian.

Wow what a tasty blend of different spices and leaves. I just adore herbal teas especially the exotic blended ones! The smell that comes from herbal teas are just wonderful! They have always been my cure for the rainy day blues and sometimes they even cure my mild sicknesses and stuff.
