Jazzy Jasmine White Tea that Sparkles Little Stars *

GoldenStar

Have your sparkles after a cool jazz concert this sultry summer, and the best part is it being alcohol and hangover free! A bewitching brew? Light and delightful champagne seeming… twinkling Golden Star jasmine tea filled with an aquatic blooming bouquet of undulating cool buds and tea leaves.

I received the press release on this eye catcher last Spring, yet even though I did meticulously steam scrub my AC… I’m still hopping lazily from cold brewed iced tea to sorbets. Here is what the press has to say about this cool Golden star on the San Francisco tea compass: San Francisco has the solution for children, as well as an adult-friendly alternative for special events, where all can join in with feeling refreshed with elegance.

Here is what co-founder of Golden Star Joel Rosenberg touts, “White Jasmine Sparkling Tea is a healthy alternative to alcoholic or high-caffeine drinks,” beaming with health charms… Joel also chimes, “Moreover, it carries all the tradtional benefits associated with tea drinking with a flavorful, sophisticated taste profile-think of it more like champagne but without the alcohol.” So? What is this mysterious cuppa in a bottle composed of? My alluring press release from Charles Comm PR has informed me that its ingredients include “a white tea blend, organic raw Brazillian sugar, and a culture or “pitch” comprised of specific microorganisms that add the complexity resulting from fermentation without the alcohol traditionaly associated with it. The end result is an all-natural drink infused with subtle flavor and aromatic properties unique to the beverage, and a taste both intricate with complex flavor tones” Hmm? Where is the Jasmine? I found it was quite lovely myself with sea bass and micro greens. It is available in champagne size or a split. (750ml) @ $12.95 or a split of (375ml) for $6.95. Certainly leaves a bit more buck for dessert.

This slinky star is just due north on the horizon hitting specialty shops and upscale dining rooms nationally as of this August. Just in time to satisfy even an overheated lioness with a sunburn on her aloe vera coated singed paws! For the sober Lions and the little ones during this jungle heat… I’ll toast to that. Oh yes, it garnered great accolades at the Fancy Food Show as well as the May Tea Expo during its Jasmine cotillion.
