Sanctuary T… Truly is an all around magical tea bistro!   It is impossible to describe just how enchanting.

The  tea cocktails  are wonderful… such as “The Dept of Energy” or “White tea with violet liqueur martea-ni.” Scallops scented with an aura of delicate tea infusions. A relaxed yet elegant atmosphere gettin’ rave reviews. 

I attended the T-Happy, one year anniversery this summer.  Owner, Dawn Cameron showed me her latest invention! T-Dust! Organic and fairtrade tea-rubs. Sanctuary-T’s website suggests: “Impart a spicy kick and lots of antioxidants to any dish”  New York Times, Food Stuff loved her T-dust. “Smoky Black T-Dust” great on steaks or mushrooms. Anything you would like to have a spike of sultry smoky aroma and richness.  Made with Lapsang souchong tea ,smoked over pine wood w. peppery spices.  Lime Kaffir  “Citrus White T-Dust” for fish or salads, even french fries.  The mouth watering lime, sea salt and white tea add a zing with a white tea mellow monk exotique depth. “Chili Pepper Roi-boss T-Dust” is pure intrigue, with creamy rich roi-boss and that Roi-mysterious element of slight dried fruit-vanillian scent, then intense from red scoville spice. Swirl some into olive oil for bread dipping. Surely there must be gourmet tea fairies, nixies and pixies hopping happily with anti-oxidants within secret tea spices. They are just whispering tea melodies, into simply enchanting tea cuisine.
